These terms apply when you use DesertOpsAI’s website, request an AI Workflow Review, communicate with Maya, or receive messages by email, phone, or SMS.

Services

DesertOpsAI helps businesses identify practical opportunities to improve repetitive admin work using AI-assisted systems. A free AI Workflow Review or Custom Analysis is informational and does not require you to purchase implementation services.

SMS program

Program name: DesertOpsAI AI Workflow Review.

If you opt into SMS communications from DesertOpsAI/Maya, you consent to receive conversational messages about your requested AI Workflow Review. Messages may include review questions, follow-up questions, status updates, and next steps related to your request.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction, but is expected to be low volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Phone and AI-assisted communications

If you choose a call option, you consent to receive a call related to your requested AI Workflow Review. Calls, texts, form submissions, and related notes may be handled by or summarized with AI-assisted tools so we can respond accurately.

No guarantees

Any report, recommendation, estimate, or implementation idea is provided for planning and discussion. We do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, rankings, response rates, or business outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or sensitive information that is not needed for the requested workflow review. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through the public form or SMS.
